The members of the Bulghur Sector participated in the sector meeting held within the scope of the PR Project titled "Mesopotamian Sun Mardin Bulghur Opens to New Markets” under the chairmanship of Faysal Sun, Member of the Assembly of the Stock Exchange and the President of Mardin Bulghur Producers’ Aid and Solidarity Association and Kızıltepe Commodity Exchange .
Metin Sert, Vice Secretary General of Kızıltepe Commodity Exchange, stated that the city continues to work intensively for the agricultural activities to find value, and that Mardin Bulghur has brought together the bulghur sector in order to carry out the PR project to increase the brand value and market share.
At the meeting where the demands and expectations of the Bulghur sector were expressed, the representatives of the stock market sector were informed about the commodity exchange activities within the scope of the Support to the Development of International Competitiveness Project.
Within the framework of the project, with the aim of increasing the brand value and market share of Mardin Bulghur, determining the target markets and determining the road map for the activities to be carried out and introducing Mardin Bulghur at national and international fairs under the leadership of Kızıltepe Commodity Exchange in cooperation with Tigris Development Agency, Antalya ANFAŞ Fair Center Regional Products Fair in YÖREX, Mesopotamian Sun Mardin Bulghur, Kızıltepe Lentils and Pasta were discussed.
