According to the Hygiene Training Regulations dated July 5th 2014 numbered 28698 in the Official  Journal, all staff must take the Hygiene Training working

• At businesses in food production and wholesale
• At businesses producing natural mineral water and regular water for human  consumption
• At thermal springs, baths, saunas, barber, hairdressers, tattoo and piercing studies, massage and beauty salons and related,
• Hotels, motels, B & Bs, guesthouses and related,
• Other businesses for which it is required necessary by the commission

According the 11th article of the regulation, “All the businesses and enterprises mentioned in the regulation will be supervised by ministries and local authorities that are responsible for the permissions, registry, certifications and so on of any mentioned businesses and enterprises. The businesses which do not perform that duty will be charged according to the law numbered 1593 article 282.”

The people who do not take training will not be employed, should get the certificate by attending the training at Occupational Training Centers and Public Training Centers until July 5, 2014 so as not to put their firms under punishment.

 The attendees of the Hygiene Training that will be organized by our Exchange should apply the Secretariat General with their ID photocopies and latest diplomas.
