The deadline to start the application in the order that is in the 45^th article of the Turkish Food Codex Labeling Regulations, “The application period for the food and food groups determined by the Ministry to be applied on the product tracking system will be announced on the Ministry’s website” has been changed from 01.03.2015 to 31.12.2015.

The products that came on the market before 31.12.2015 can be on the shelves as long as their dates are not expired.

The Product Verification and Tracking System will be applied to the products as follows:

1- Supplementary Foods         
• TGK- The products covered in Supplementary Foods Annunciation (R.G:16.08.2013-28737)

2- Honey
• TGK- The products covered in Honey Annunciation (R.G:27.07.2012-28366)

3- Energy Drinks
• TGK- The products covered in  Energy Drinks Annunciation (R.G: 04.10.2006-26309)

4- Black Tea
• TGK- The products covered in  Energy Drinks Annunciation (R.G:12.08.2008–26965)

5- Vegetable Oils
• TGK-Olive Oil and Bagasse Oil Annunciation (R.G: 07.08.2010 - 27665)
• TGK-Products covered in oils named after their plants Annunciation (R.G: 12.04.2012 – 28262) 

• Mixed vegetable oils.

6-, Baby and infant feeds and Formulas, supplementary food
• TGK- Baby Formulas Annunciation (R.G: 15.08.2014-29089)
• TGK- Devam Formülleri Tebliği ( R.G: 15.08.2014 -29089)
• TGK-The products covered in Supplementary Food for Babies and Infants Annunciation (R.G: 01.11.2007-26687)
